They work with you through any obstacle and always quote me lower then other dealers. It is refreshing to find a company that is upfront and willing to treat every customer they way they deserve. I would recommend them to any consumer. Also, take a look at other sights before passing judgement. These people are great. More

Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever! I made it clear to sales person and salesmanager I wanted a bottom line price with no hidden costs such as delivery fees, service fees, etc. I made a I made it clear to sales person and salesmanager I wanted a bottom line price with no hidden costs such as delivery fees, service fees, etc. I made a point of this and mentioned it many times to sales people. After agreeing to a price on a 2017 Sentra I shook their hands and told them to get the car ready. I walked out with nothing in writing..... .my big mistake. A couple of days later I brought my wife in to sign purchase papers and pick up the car.. At the last minute their financial person quickly goes over the purchase price and other charges....lo and behold listed is a $600 additional charge they call a doc fee. They claimed they had no recollection of our conversation regarding hidden fees. They were rude and insisted they were losing money on the deal. I thought sealing a deal with a hand shake was sufficient.......not at Mark Motors, they cannot be trusted!!! Never again. Very stressful. I've bought many cars over the years and have never been treated so badly. More

Service after the sale sux. I have a Rogue and a Titan from Marcs in Sanford. Both times service has screw me. I do my own oil changes and tire rotations and My Titan failed last I have a Rogue and a Titan from Marcs in Sanford. Both times service has screw me. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I called dealership today and spoke to sales person on phone. I WAS going to buy a Nissan Rogue this week and was checking with all other dealers arou I called dealership today and spoke to sales person on phone. I WAS going to buy a Nissan Rogue this week and was checking with all other dealers around. Asked for out the door price and advised sales person I was not going to come into sit and talk for 3 hours. Wanted a one time price. Person stated he did not work that way, that I should call back with everyone else's price and he would beat it. He was advised that was not how I worked and asked again for his price to be e-mailed to me. It was apparent he was angry but stated he would do it. I contacted several other dealers, they were polite, professional, and understood my requests. I had immediate responses from all of them. I called Marc Motors to see if they had emailed my quotes since I had not received any yet. Sales person was very rude, stated Aimee was working on it and then hung up on me. I contacted Aimee and made a complaint. They did come int lower in one of the vehicles, But I will not do business with them due to this unprofessional conduct. What I am reading from these other complaints, this seems to be a pattern with this business. More

I called and spoke with the manager who explained they pulled the prices off the site because they'll be open until Midnight and are "offering way more" on trade ins to "clear the lot." I fell for the gimmick, hype and enthusiasm. I was offered a number less than the "KBB Suggested Trade In" for my vehicle and what they wanted for their vehicle was more than what KBB says is fair from a dealer. They talk about retaining lifelong customers and their business cards pre-emptively thank you for your referrals but at the end of the day this is just another sketchy "volume" dealer. I will not give them my business. I would not recommend this dealer to family and friends. More
