Misdiagnosed my car. The misdiagnosis cost me $750 and the same problem still persisted. When I told Brian I had the same issue he acted very confused over the phone saying “I don’t understand what you’re saying, there could be a deeper issue going on.” He told me my start up problem was dead batteries and a software issue in my car, I “fixed” it for $750, but that was never the issue. When I told him that the car still had troubles starting up, the same day I picked up the car, he acted as if I was speaking jibberish. I do not trust their service center nor will I ever be going back. More
