Called multiple times and left on hold 20 minutes each time. Went to dealership after a 20 minute call on hold and surprised to see only 1 customer talking to service advisor and 4 advisor sitting there time. Came in for an oil change and check horn not working and clicking noise in the dash when opening door. I was told may be 1 1/2 to 2 Hour wait. After three hours in the waiting room I went to check. Couldn’t find service advisor was told she was in ladies room waited another 1/2 hour then Simone else checked for me While I was standing at the desk waiting other service advisors were talking amongst themselves and using inappropriate language in their conversation. I went back to lounge to wait. Esperanza then told me the horn had to be replaced I said ok to the cost of $303 Which was a bit too expensive but It needed to be done. Fifteen minutes later my car was ready. I was not given the 29 dollar rate for my coupon oil change so that had to be adjusted. The clicking was not checked and not written on the ticket No attention to detail! Overall very disappointed. Finally left at 6:15 PM More
