It worked prior to Friday and having the work done. 2.) the button on the handle of the drivers side that locks and unlocks the door does not work. I needed an oil change, a suspension issue, a recall needed to be addressed, and there were 6 or 7 other recall related items. On the first service visit to attempt to address the issues- my Jeep was at needed to be addressed, and there were 6 or 7 other recall related items. On the first service visit to attempt to address the issues- my Jeep was at the service center for 4 days. I was never contacted during those 4 days with updates etc… I always had to reach out. I was not offered a rental until I called back again on the third day. Sadly it was too late by the time I was able to get to the rental agency so I went the next day, only to find that they didn’t have a vehicle to rent me. I walked back to the dealership again, and they decided to release my vehicle to me and they would contact me when the parts were in. I’m the meantime, for the 4 days that I was without a vehicle- NOTHING was done. I was never contacted to reschedule “when the parts came in.” So I finally reschedule my visit again… am told it will be ready by the end of the day. Another day without communication until I try and call. I tried to call for an hour- it was never answered and instead I was constantly kicked back to the operator. It took another 3 days before I got my car back, including another whole day of me walking everywhere because a rental was again NOT offered until the end of day two. When I finally did receive my Jeep back, the back carpet was completely ripped up- so I had to put that back together. The oil life wasn’t reset either which does not inspire confidence that my oil change was actually completed. More
Customer service was first rate. Representative (Ufredo Zapata) was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Waiting time was minimal.
