Broken passager mirror was broken by Arrigo service team during a regular service. They ordered a new mirror and called me to return back to the dealership to change. When they opened the package found th during a regular service. They ordered a new mirror and called me to return back to the dealership to change. Passed three weeks they never came and I decided to go back to the dealership for them to replace. In summary they never worked with the client to do the repair in a quality and time fashion.
