My service advisor, Fidel Miranda, was awesome! ! I had a very large metal piece in my passenger rear tire. I also needed 2 new front tires. The tires I needed were not in stock on Friday. He wa ! Took the truck for a minor repair in passenger mirror, during the repair process the technician ended up to break the mirror. Requested a new mirror which arrived next day and when they open the package t during the repair process the technician ended up to break the mirror. Requested a new mirror which arrived next day and when they open the package the ordered mirror arrived broken. Now I am waiting for them to tell me when they are ready to install the new mirror. It is unsafe to drive the truck with a broken mirror. There is no customer care from this dealership and customer advisor Shane Joseph is trained to deal with situations like that. This is last time I am dealing with Arrigo Margate. More
