When I walked into the service area no one even acknowledged me for several minutes even though several advisors were there. Yes they weresomewhat busy on the phone and such but I wasn’t even sure acknowledged me for several minutes even though several advisors were there. Yes they weresomewhat busy on the phone and such but I wasn’t even sure I was waiting in the right spot. Once I got someone’s attention my issues were addressed so hence the 4 stars. But to get that 5th star a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would go a long way to making the customer feel assured instead of ignored. Thanks More

I'm very unhappy with this dealership. I brought my PT Cruiser in because it was overheating. They told me it was the cooling fan that needed to replaced. They replaced it for $1,799.00. I I brought my PT Cruiser in because it was overheating. They told me it was the cooling fan that needed to replaced. They replaced it for $1,799.00. I picked it up, drove for about 20 minutes, and the car overheated so I had to bring it back!!! More
