brakes and manual item showing up Miriam is wonderful and has been for the past 7-8 yrs. I feel she and the others are working under difficult conditions. The space for the customer to come to the service dept. is tight and difficult to manage and you never know where to park your car. The service dept. people are running all over the place to get take cars to service and bring them to the customer. I have noticed this issue ever since you moved to the new place. I wish more thought would have been put into this issue before the move. Also, 441 is a busy road and not having proper and visible signs to turn is difficult. These are just my thoughts and I find it difficult to come to the site to do anything with my car. More

overpriced and not friendly after review of the bill called two other dealers to find both these labor rate substantially lower. That's no way to treat a possible customer After seeing the great commercials for the new Lincoln Mercury dealership in Coconut Creek on State Road 7 I decided to go and check out the cars and After seeing the great commercials for the new Lincoln Mercury dealership in Coconut Creek on State Road 7 I decided to go and check out the cars and prices wasn't sure if I was going to lease or buy met with a very enthusiastic and nice at first sales person named Cornelius he liked me when he said boy you really know what you want I said yes I do I told him the story with my car I gave him the paper to call to get a payout and he literally said you have so many payments left here I can't do anything with this and threw my paper back at me across the desk. Really??? He had no idea if I was going to lease or buy or pay cash for a Lincoln how could he have judged me by not even knowing what I wanted or what I was worth or what I could do or what I could buy. I would never ever go back to this dealership again I wish them lots of luck More
