I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience working with the Mariano Rivera Honda dealership. The professionalism was truly outstanding. My wife and I were able to get most of the work done ove working with the Mariano Rivera Honda dealership. The professionalism was truly outstanding. My wife and I were able to get most of the work done over the phone with Frank who was extremely helpful and thorough. Even one of the owners Kelly weighed in and made sure we got a good deal. By the time we arrived at the dealership, after a friendly greeting, Frank showed my wife the car. He walked her through all the features and even made sure that her phone was connected to the wifi. We then went into the showroom where Teddy walked us through all the paperwork and signatures. He was knowledgeable and his style was really terrific. A real likeable guy and had a calming effect on what usually is an overwhelming process. The entire visit took less than a half hour. When we were finished Ray Brown who was the General Sales Manager of the Dealership asked us if we were satisfied, which we were, and then asked the group at the dealership to give us a round of applause. It was really a nice experience. I would definitely come back to work with them again on another lease for sure! More
