Amazing No Pressure Experience. Highly Recommended!!! After a horrible experience with a certified dealer in Copaigue a few months back, I was not looking forward to doing it again. I was so thrilled with the experience at North Shore Certified from beginning to end. The truck I found online was already $4400 under market value and in amazing condition, so I wasn't even planning on haggling. Samantha took it upon herself to talk to the manager and got even more knocked off the price. She was very professional, knowledgeable and (best of all) zero pressure. On top of that, I received a very generous trade-in price for my Jeep. When it came time to talk with the finance guy, Kevin, all I can think was 'this is going too smooth, here it comes'. That was not the case. Kevin was also very professional. He had multiple warranty options and their payment plans laid out for us. When we said we were going to go direct through Dodge, he just said ok, got me a reasonable rate on the loan and sent us on our way. ZERO pressure!!! How I wish I discovered North Shore Certified a few months previous. The entire process of trade in, test drive and sign took only about two hours. Even other employees who weren't helping us were very friendly and offered us water. This place is amazing. Samantha seems genuinely concerned about her customers. I can't recommend this place enough. When it comes time for another vehicle, I'll be a returning customer. -Mike More
