I dropped my Pilot off for a recall and an oil change because they called me and said the recall needed to be done. When I arrived they informed me that it was actually 3 recalls that needed done. I was because they called me and said the recall needed to be done. When I arrived they informed me that it was actually 3 recalls that needed done. I was also originally told that it would be 2 hours but (I assume because there were additional things) when I arrived they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I have dog crates and a bunch of junk in my car, they saw my car when they took it back, still took it, and then I was informed at 4 pm the next day that they were unable to do two of the recalls because of the crates and stuff in my car. I’m pretty annoyed that they took the car knowing they wouldnt be able to do what needed done and instead of telling me and letting me just take the car home and get things done when I could clear the car out. And because I thought it would only be a couple of hours I left most of the things I needed for the next day in the car. I was also never informed that they would need access to the back seats to do what they needed to or I would’ve pulled the crates out before bringing it. The staff was super friendly but overall i am fairly displeased with the entire experience and won’t be returning. More

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever been to to service my vehicle. I usually go somewhere in Queens, NY and the people there are always rude and take long. Very nice I will use again, hover my inspection and oil change took 2 hours.. thats a little long and I had an appointment. The oil change was $72.00.
