UPDATE: After my review I was immediately contacted by the General Manager, Robert Serrano. Mr. Serrano invited to meet with him and the Service Manager, Jorge Rosas. These gentlemen were very kind and su the General Manager, Robert Serrano. Mr. Serrano invited to meet with him and the Service Manager, Jorge Rosas. These gentlemen were very kind and supportive of my issues. Mr. Rosas took the time and initiative to apologize for my inconvenience and explain the process of the car wash problem, which has been rectified, along with the other issues mentioned. I do plan on being a return customer and I would definitely recommend this dealership for any Honda service needs. Thank you, Jorge Rosas and Robert Serrano, for your time, attention and professionalism in this matter. I went to have my vehicle inspected and have an oil change, which was given as complementary along with a car wash, thanks. But I also received a car that smelled like sewage (because they use recycled water to wash vehicles) and also put a big scratch on the back panel of my vehicle. This dealership also took it upon themselves to remove the license plate frame that I had on my vehicle and replace it with a Mariano Rivera dealership frame, which was unbeknownst to me until the next day. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend. The vehicle inspection was uneventful. More

I was so thrilled with the experience at North Shore Certified from beginning to end. The truck I found online was already $4400 under market value and in amazing condition, so I wasn't even planning on haggling. Samantha took it upon herself to talk to the manager and got even more knocked off the price. She was very professional, knowledgeable and (best of all) zero pressure. On top of that, I received a very generous trade-in price for my Jeep. When it came time to talk with the finance guy, Kevin, all I can think was 'this is going too smooth, here it comes'. That was not the case. Kevin was also very professional. He had multiple warranty options and their payment plans laid out for us. When we said we were going to go direct through Dodge, he just said ok, got me a reasonable rate on the loan and sent us on our way. ZERO pressure!!! How I wish I discovered North Shore Certified a few months previous. The entire process of trade in, test drive and sign took only about two hours. Even other employees who weren't helping us were very friendly and offered us water. This place is amazing. Samantha seems genuinely concerned about her customers.
