I contacted this dealership stating my terms-my vehicle as trade (via Kelley Blue Book value) and $20,000 cash for their car. Andre asked for my VIN and pictures. It included a $1700 "dealer prep fee". I think we all know what that is. I wrote back that, if my terms were egregious, why would he continue the conversation? He never responded.
