The dealership is clean, friendly, professional and with an ample supply of quality gently used cars. Wade, the owner, has 2 sons in the Marines, has 30+ marathons under his belt and a Silver Beaver (the highest Council-level award given to Boy Scout Scoutmasters) - clearly Wade is in it for the duration, has a keen understanding that results worth having only come after hard work, service and sacrifice. David is a consummate professional and has decades of experience in the corporate grind. He loves cars, has a loyal clientele, and truly enjoys what he does. Once I met Wade and David, I knew they are solid guys, and I would go out of my way to do business with them. Totally different experience from any other dealership I had set foot in. The service guys are highly capable and efficient. Staffing up a business with long-term guys who are mountain bikers and endurance athletes changes the dynamic of the business. Solid guys with enough energy and focus to get the job done. We did have a few pesky mechanical items pop up that could not have been foreseen -- this stuff even happens with new cars.
