The time came a few weeks ago and we were thrilled to find Jeremy Johnson still at the dealership. Both he and Derrell Brushaber made our purchasing experience one of the best ones we've had. We were treated with respect and decency and kindness. Zero pressure, no 'tactics' - and a great deal. Subsequent visits to the dealership to get questions answered have been similarly great experiences. If you're in the market for a Ford Vehicle, give this place a shot. We're glad we did. More

The technicians here are friendly but every time we bring our vehicle here we leave disappointed. This time we asked them to diagnose why the right steering wheel buttons weren't working correctly. We told t our vehicle here we leave disappointed. This time we asked them to diagnose why the right steering wheel buttons weren't working correctly. We told them they have already been replaced and I was thinking it was perhaps a clock spring issue. They charged us $275 and simply told us to replace the buttons even though there is new motorcraft buttons installed. Apparently they did not connect the system to a diagnostic computer to really try and find the communication issue with the buttons. More
