Bad Customer Service I have been a loyal customer of Marion Toyota for over 8 years. I have had every service done there down to oil changes all the way to replacing my cl I have been a loyal customer of Marion Toyota for over 8 years. I have had every service done there down to oil changes all the way to replacing my clutch. I went to go pick my car up on 04-01-15 and noticed that they had scratched both of my brand new rims on my drivers side. When i confronted Steve the service manager he just pushed me off like i was some punk kid trying to get money out of them. I tried to explain that i go over my car before any service for this reason and i know they had to have done it. He just dismissed me and basically told me to just leave and not come back. To me this is horrible customer service. To me he should have it least talked to the guy who worked on my car and looked at the video cameras to see who was right but instead he just told me to not come back. People need to speak up more and get these story more out on the web so people know what they are walking into when they have something done by Marion Toyota. I personal will never buy another car from them or ever have any service done by them More
