I always deal with Ralph, and he is always very thorough and courteous, and always will offer a good explanation of work performed, as well as offer transportation if the vehicle is left for the day. They are truly nice folk, but also are true professionals who know their product well and strive to find the right fit and price for their clients. Even when I don't see the owner or head of sales, or my sales person for a couple of years, they always remember my name when they see me (which amazes me because I can't seem to remember anyones' name these days). The salesman I delt with was very friendly. The only real problems we had was the day we went to pick the car up we had to wait 5 hours because the dealership didn't check the car over. We found 2 problems a problems we had was the day we went to pick the car up we had to wait 5 hours because the dealership didn't check the car over. We found 2 problems and waited for the repairs which could not take place after 5 hours so we had to go back and leave the car. After it was reapired and got the car home which is 2 miles away from the dealer ship we notice 200 miles more on the car. Which makes me wonder what they did with my car. Cheryl. Fairfield,CT More
