Dishonest across the board I purchased a new truck at Maritime and from the floor manager to the salesmen and the service rep who fields phone calls regarding service questions I purchased a new truck at Maritime and from the floor manager to the salesmen and the service rep who fields phone calls regarding service questions and appointments, I experienced lie after lie. It started with a guarantee of a specific APR at the time of purchase, which quickly rose to a different number upon signing the paperwork as I dealt directly with the finance manager. By that time, I had put in enough energy to simply "go with it", that's on me. Then, with the truck wheel locks, the old lug nuts along with the wheel lock key was supposedly put into a small black box and stashed by the dealership in either my center console or glovebox. After turning the car inside out along with my home thinking I misplaced it somehow, I found the lug nuts and wheel lock key in an open plastic container inside the bag the original floor mats came in. Maritime told me that there's no way for them to replace the key without the wheel lock key registration number, and that the only way they could remove the wheel locks was by force, which would cost potentially $100's in labor plus the charge for new lug nuts, not to mention the high probability of doing damage to the rims. I called the general Chevrolet customer service and it turns out that there's a company that can easily replace these wheel lock keys for a minimal charge. I find it very suspect that Maritime didn't know anything about this basic service-- clearly a way for them to steal a few more hundred bucks from their customers. Needless to say, dishonest. I have taken my future service needs elsewhere and would caution anyone before working with Maritime Chevrolet. More
Went there for a service recall, it was outstanding service, Last visit and service were outstanding. However before this visit I went there to get a diagnosis for an issue with the transmission, one of the customer service agent was not honest, when I dropped the car he mentioned that they need to car for 2 hours to look into the issue prices at $139.00 per hour, I agreed to the 2 hours diagnosis, then he called to ask for f possible to have the car for few more hours they need to do a deep dive into the issue, but he failed to mention, that they would be charged for the extra time, at first he said 2 hours is plenty to figure out the issue- using a computer- but his argument was that they had to open the engine, and they needed more time to put together, which is xx. So instead of the 2 hours charge I got charged for 5 hours, I called and complained they gave me a discount of $25.00, another xx. I went back this time knowing that the service is free of charge but I was still spectical, but I was treated fairly this time. I have a new car and I hope I can feel confident to take the car back there for service, by the way i noticed that agent was no longer there. Was he fired? I hope he was. More

Waste of my time Absolutely terrible customer service. Had an appointment and waited over an hour just to be told "when you go to your doctor do they see you exactly a Absolutely terrible customer service. "The appointment time is just a time to meet and bring your car in". The service department acted like I was bothering them! When I was the one that did not want to wait for an hour for my car to move from it's parking spot. When I told them (an hour and 45 mins in) that I had to go to work they stopped working on my car and printed me a document that said "come back and replace sensor if problem occurs again". They didn't even tell me what was wrong with my car . Thank you for the terrible communication and the horrible customer service. I will not be back. Don't waste your time like I did ! .... I understand that it takes time when you bring your car in, but if you have an appointment they should at least take a quick Look at the car within 20 mins so you are not waiting there for no reason. More

Much cash for nothing I took my car in to get the engine light checked. By the time I got it there the light had reset by itself. Left it for the day. They found nothing except and old code that was not relevant to the waring on the dash. Checked it out and found nothing.the bill; @154.19. That's really not very good. here's what scores a zero with me, I was charged for MISC SUPPLIES $13.10. What the xxxx was a miscellaneous supply? If I wanted to get mugged and robbed I could have stood out in front of the dealership with money hanging out of my pockets that some would have grabbed as they went by. Not going back there again. He only told me this after I paid them. Total rip off! More

Spoke with the General Manager and he was rude and said it was not his responsibility. Unbelievable considering I had contacted them prior to the damage to let them know that I was going to be trading in my car and getting a new one in the coming month. No way I will ever go back to this place or give them my business in buying a new car. Horrible customer service can be repeated enough. More

This is after one side caliper failed under warranty about 6000 ago prior. They replaced the rotor , brake pad , caliper under warranty. She ask how much is that and they state about $400. I tell her to go ahead. Upon picking up the car we are handed a bill for $932!! He says $400 was just the parts. Tried to talk with a service manager that was rude and he ends up walking away! They have to make it up on the backs of loyal cusmtoers for lack of service they don't have. Steer clear! Try devan chevy they are honest people. More
