Michael was cool and didn't try to pressure us at all. He was honest and even stayed late to show us all we wanted to see. We met sales manager Robert Ankney and the same was true of him, no pressure and was honest. When we got there to sign for the 2007 Tahoe, everything was easy with no backdoor charges.
