Michael was cool and didn't try to pressure us at all. He was honest and even stayed late to show us all we wanted to see. We met sales manager Robert Ankney and the same was true of him, no pressure and was honest. When we got there to sign for the 2007 Tahoe, everything was easy with no backdoor charges. Best customer service! So my dad and I were looking around the lot at vehicles that my dad was interested in. As we were driving through the rows of vehicles we were talking about how salesman are always pushy and how they always come out and we were hoping no one did...well soon after Mr. Mace comes out and we think.."here we go" but it really wasn't like that..Mace is a outstanding salesman and he really listens to the interest of his customers. He's definitely not pushy what so ever. He helped my dad find the right vehicle and let me tell you this man is definitely knowledgeable for sure. Yes, every salesman is there to make money but honestly who isn't? You go to work so you can provide for your family but there's different ways to go about it and Mace knows exactly how. Mace not only got my dad in a brand new truck but found him a great deal at a whopping 7k off since it was a special! Not only that...he even got me into my brand new 2017 GMC Sierra All Terrain Edition...my dream truck I might add..it was almost like the one I traded in but it had everything that I wanted! All I can say is if you're tired of dealing with the hassles of buying a car from other dealerships and tired of being pushed Mace is definitely your man 100%. I also dealt a little bit with Troy Lancaster who was overseeing the car deal and he helped me understand many things and him and I came to an agreement and I bought the car that same day.
