"Missing old service."

We purchased our GMC Terrain in May 2013. We have brought the vehicle in to the dealership everytime it needed serving. We even purchased an extended warranty through the dealership, because my husband said once you find one that works with you, and have fair costs for regular maintenance, that is who you continue to,use. Once every few months we would get a coupon either from GMC direct or BoB Hurley, which they said we could use towards oil changes, and tire rotations. Sometimes we had a coupon sometimes we didn't. I am sorry $50.00 for an oil change?

Two recalls, oil change and tires rotated. 10:00 A.M. appointment. Arrived about 9:30 A.M. and was on my way home by 10:45 A.M. This was the first time service preformed since purchasing the Vehicle. Very Satisfied, so far.
