90K and still GREAT service! I recently brought my Camry in for a 90,000 mile service check-up-- I've been coming in every 5K miles and the service has been excellent! Cheater I purchased a brand new 2012 Toyota Sienna Limited from Mark Jacobson in July 2012 and had been very pleased until it was time to get new tires for my I purchased a brand new 2012 Toyota Sienna Limited from Mark Jacobson in July 2012 and had been very pleased until it was time to get new tires for my vehicle and I purchased them from Hillsborough Tire at which time I was shown a rim that was taken off my car which had the markings and had come from a salvage yard. The tire pressure reader had been damaged but did still work. I went immediately to Mark Jacobson and demanded that my salvage rim be replaced with a new one which they have refused to do. The salvage rim was from a 2010 Toyota. I am getting a fully run around because they cannot locate where the salvage rim was put on my car. That is not my problem. All I know is that I have had no flats and no work done on my tires except that it has been in to Mark Jacobson a time or two because the tire pressure sensor light came on. More

Outstanding Jason McBride, Assistant Service Manager, recently went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service when I traded-in my 2005 Prius for a n Jason McBride, Assistant Service Manager, recently went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service when I traded-in my 2005 Prius for a new 2015 Prius. Jason was helpful, responsive, provided me with his work cell phone, and even removed the after-market Thule roof rack from my 2005 Prius and kept it safe in his office until I could come pick it up. I always loved my 2005 Prius and I thought that someday I would likely replace it with a newer Prius, and now Jason has also secured my loyalty to the Service Department at Mark Jacobson Toyota. The service at Marc Jacobson is phenomenal I recently came in to get my well-worn van serviced at Mark Jacobson. While waiting, Edwin Caldwell from sales offered me water and asked if he could I recently came in to get my well-worn van serviced at Mark Jacobson. While waiting, Edwin Caldwell from sales offered me water and asked if he could help me. I explained I was not in the market for a new van but needed mine repaired. Mr.Caldwell made me feel extremely comfortable, showed me a few vans and even walked with me back to the mechanic and helped explain the problems my van was having in laymen's terms. I was impressed with Mr. Caldwell's attentiveness and knowledge. I have always disliked going to get my car serviced, but Mr. Caldwell's help made it a pleasant experience. Even more special, when I told a few friends about my experience, they knew exactly which employee I was talking about because Mr. Caldwell had helped them at various times, too! When I do eventually by a new car, I will certainly go to him. I have never, ever thought about recommending a car sales person, but Mr. Caldwell has changed all that. Thank you so much! More
Third time was the charm!!! I actually drive an hour and 15 minutes to get my car service at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I had not been please with the department service…. and fig I actually drive an hour and 15 minutes to get my car service at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I had not been please with the department service…. and figured this will be the last pea in the pot. Bryan Newton was awesome!!! He discuss options that I needed to do with my vehicle; to continue to get the best service out my vehicle and gave me three different quotes for tires. Not pushy with services… just understanding and easy to relate. The experience was worth an hour and 15 minute drive. More

Also, the kudos to the Service Department. Each representative was helpful and kept the price lower than the original estimate. More
