Smile! We scammed you! Best thing to do is stay away. They added on every extended warranty & had me believe that it was all under the GAP coverage. They delivered the car to my home at 11 pm. Went thru all the paperwork & signed everything then left with the paperwork. When they finally mailed it I was shocked to see that it wasn't the same paperwork that was presented. They changed the price & added all the extended warranties possible when all I asked for was GAP. Tried to get them to correct it but couldn't get in touch with anybody until after it all went thru. Will end up paying almost triple. Wasn't until after just a year I found the address to who I would of been able to take them down but it was a year too late. Lesson learned for me but don't let it happen to you. They even screwed me on when it came time to service my car, noted they changed my tires but didn't to name one. DON'T GIVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, TROUBLES, STRESS & xxxxxxxx THAT THEY GAVE ME! GO ELSEWHERE! More

2018 Tundra We came into Mark Mitsubishi today with hopes of coming home in the truck of my fiancé’s dreams and had been already disappointed at another dealershi We came into Mark Mitsubishi today with hopes of coming home in the truck of my fiancé’s dreams and had been already disappointed at another dealership the day before. We called in inquiring about a 2018 Toyota Tacoma that was low miles and a ton of improvements to the overall look of the truck. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted and introduced to Jose. He was personable and an overall great impression for their company. As we got in and took it for a test drive, we knew it was the perfect truck but were hesitant on how we’d be able to finagle the price to get it into a reasonable price range we felt comfortable with. After a couple hours and some negotiating on our trade in and finance options, Jose got the payment into our price point that we were ready to sign on. He made sure to work quickly but diligently and we were incredibly pleased with the customer service he gave us. Jose drew up the papers and got us into financing quickly. Brian, the dealerships finance director, did not waste any time. He went over everything we needed to know and explained the contract so we felt comfortable signing and leaving in our new truck. We cannot thank Jose and Brian enough for their customer service and understanding with the stress of buying a new vehicle. We will absolutely be recommending this dealership to any family or friends for the future. More
