EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL I was surprisingly HAPPY and ENJOY by experience buying a car with Mark Mitsubishi. I knew buying a new car won't be fun. At first you won't think your sale person is for real but Ben Field appears to be low key, honorable and knowledgeable. Once you deal with him you find out he is very helpful and well knowledgeable. The place got a good selection of reasonably priced cars. Financing guys ; John, Sergio , Anthony are kind, professional gentlemen, very helpful. Thank you to all of you . No hustle. Best place to buy!!!!! I had been to a couple of other dealerships and was met by salesmen who were trying to put me into a vehicles I clearly didnt want. The last dealership i went to was Mark Mitsubishi in Scottsdale and was pleasantly suprised. My salesman was Brett Martin and he was a breath of fresh air. He listened to what i wanted and suggested a new Outlander Sport. We went out and test drove it and I fell in love with it. We went in, worked numbers and was so amazed at how hard everyone was working to help get me down to the payment I wanted. By the time we were done I left with a vehicle I love and fully plan on telling everyone I know who needs a vehicle to go and talk to Brett at Mark Mitsubishi in Scottsdale. Thank you so much!!!!! Great Service I took my son to Mark Mitsubishi to look at a couple of cars we saw online. This was going to be his first car so he was very excited. Gage was our I took my son to Mark Mitsubishi to look at a couple of cars we saw online. This was going to be his first car so he was very excited. Gage was our sales rep and he was very pleasant and helpful. After looking a few used cars, my son had his eyes set on a Lancer. The car was not quite yet ready for sale it still needed to be serviced and detailed so we were looking at another 5 days before it would be ready. My son really liked the car and Gage was very communicative with me on what would be needed for us to purchase the car and basically a timeline of when the car would be ready. He also provided me with updates within the next day or two after we looked at the car. Unfortunately, over the weekend I ended up finding a great deal on a car from a private owner and we were able to buy a car outright with no car payments so we ended up buying a different car. Had I not found that car, we certainly would have purchased the Lancer from Gage, his service was great and not alarmingly overpowering. More

Great First time Buy Came down to mark Mitsubishi to buy my first car from a dealership and I have to say it went very smoothly everyone there was very friendly and profes Came down to mark Mitsubishi to buy my first car from a dealership and I have to say it went very smoothly everyone there was very friendly and professional but there was one employee that went a little bit further then the rest his name is Ricardo Valdez he made sure I was happy with the deal and made sure everything was the way that I wanted it to be he was also able to help me a lot more with the vehicle that I wanted because he previously own one. But in all honesty just a very helpful employee nowhere near pushy. Great dealership most defiantly going there for my next vehicle ! More
