I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, they had me taken care of in an hour or so and was out the door! My truck was clean as if no one had been it at all! I can not thank them enough for the great job the do and the care for my vechile they take such great care of!!! Wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived on the lot, we were met by a salesman. We had several particular vehicles in mind prior to arriving at the lot. voicing my opinion My experience with the employees was a great experience. Very friendly staff that took care in getting my service done quickly and showed care for me My experience with the employees was a great experience. Very friendly staff that took care in getting my service done quickly and showed care for me as an individual. Absolutely no complaints there. However, I did find it odd to pay at the same place as people getting drinks. The cashier was having to serve people, answer phones, and deal with making sure my payment was done correctly. I also noticed when I called, I asked for service department and was then transferred to another lady who had to transfer me to a service writer. All that transferring seemed odd. It would be a better experience if the fist lady would transfer to a service writer. Just my opinions! Thank you More
