"Terrible sales personnel."

The Mark McLarty Ford is a terrible place to buy a car or truck. The salesman’s Willie and Freddie will not provide good customer service, Willie Chester will run your credit with out asking you. What Willie does is ask you for your SSN and DOB he you he is just building a file on you. Freddie Jordan does is lie about the prices, Freddie also told me face to face we sale 300 trucks. A month and if I didn’t buy one it’s just 299. Don’t deal this dealership because you will be writing a negative report on them.

"Very Competent and Honest Salesman"

Mr. Roman was very helpful before and after I purchased my car..He returned my calls in a timely manner, he answered all my questions, he assisted me in adding a backup camera and getting a 2nd key; finally, he appeared to be one of the most humble and honest person I have ever met. I worked with a few others briefly, who were good, but I do not recall their names.

Very understanding young man. He took care of my needs and got me a car I don't have to worry about while driving. I was driving a Focus with 2 recalls that I purchased through Mike Roaman and felt very unsafe when I had it serviced for 2 weeks and it was still acting up at 34000 miles. I don't like to worry. Trade in was inevitable. Great to be taken care of with an understanding salesman and service advisor Nicole. Very pleasant people!!
