Service was a little slower than in the past. I came in for my 60,000 mile service, but only needed an oil change, tire balance and rotation which took about 3.5 hours. The service seemed a little slower than my past experiences with the service department. The waiting room didn't have too many customers in it, only 1-3 people at any given time. I'm not sure what was causing the delay. More

Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty I brought my car in with several repair issues. My Focus is over five years old and has 115000 miles on it.
