However, when I arrived home, I discovered several pa The crew at McLarty Collision did a masterful job repairing my MKX--it looks as good as new! However, when I arrived home, I discovered several parts (still in their plastic bags) sitting on my back seat. From nameplates to gaskets, these parts should have been put on my vehicle before I took delivery. Honestly, I didn't notice the missing nameplates ("MKX" and "Lincoln"), and definitely would've pointed it out if I had. When I returned the vehicle to the center, the guys were apologetic and chagrined. It took 20 minutes to rectify the situation, so all is well. I suggested they add "Check Back Seat for Parts" to their checklist! More
