Rude, no communication from them I found them unprofessional, rude coworkers on speaker that we as customers could hear, rude service advisors.. no contact what so ever as to status o I found them unprofessional, rude coworkers on speaker that we as customers could hear, rude service advisors.. no contact what so ever as to status of repairs, then tried to say nothing was wrong, oil sending switch was out. Then extra charges that I feel were RIP offs and unnecessary. I will never use mcclarty again if it is within my power to go elsewhere.. very poor experience More
