Service Department Sucks I have used this place for years, and have never had a bad experience until this time. When my vehicle was completed, I saw the mechanic try to hand my keys to the guy and he shook his head no. The lady went to lunch. My wife and I had to wait on the lady to come back from lunch to pay and leave. It usually takes 30 minutes to get my oil changed. This visit lasted around 4 hours. More

Excellent, speedy, friendly Oil changed and tires rotated, in addition they inspected my exhaust and performed a 100 point inspection. No issues found at all. Labor charge was ridculous for what they did Service was only suppose to recharge ac, instead did 2 hour check and charged us over 300. I would have expected half of that amount.
