We asked about different options and he was very helpful. When we got down to doing the paperwork Mike was excellent! He went over everything with us and helped us understand the process. He showed real concern and helped us out in everyway possible. As an employee and a reflection of your company he was outstanding and I would and will deal with him again! It turned out to be a complicated situation for several reasons, but our confidence in Mark Miller Subaru was reInforced in working with Tom Francis. He provided us with exactly what we needed. He listened to our story, was supportive and understanding of the difficult situation we were in, and calmly an thoughtfully engaged in problem- solving with us, ultimately facilitating getting the car repaired in record time! newer subie for me I love Mark Miller Subaru. I have a 2001 outback that has 271,000. miles on it.(yes it still runs) Its been such a great car! However its I love Mark Miller Subaru. I saw a 2014 Forester with 24,000 miles on it. Yea! Once you get a Subaru you never go back. People that have never had a Subaru just don't understand ' the love of a Subaru". I know my Subaru Forester will run just as long as my Outback. More
