Much better experience This visit met all my expectations. When you have a problem with your vehicle's performance you want to bring it to the dealer service and leave with This visit met all my expectations. Super patient I went car shopping with my parents a couple of days ago and we had no idea what we wanted. My brother has an Impreza, so we thought we'd glance aroun I went car shopping with my parents a couple of days ago and we had no idea what we wanted. My brother has an Impreza, so we thought we'd glance around. Devin came out and talked to us about our budget and worked with us to narrow the decision down to two cars... I'm a super indecisive person so I spent a good long time thinking it over. Devin answered all of my questions, sat back and let me make the decision without the pressures of a looming salesperson. He gave my parents and I a dozen different payment options and was super patient when he explained, and probably re-explained, all of the details. Overall I had a super positive experience. Devin was awesome. Everyone there seemed super friendly. The dealership was super transparent about everything. 10/10 would recommend. More

Requested the shuttle service, for this scheduled appt. was estimated at 5 1/2 ho Very professional, clean environment, friendly greeting and prompt. Requested the shuttle service, for this scheduled appt. was estimated at 5 1/2 hours to 6 hours in length. Shuttle service was right there, taking me to my requested destination. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Throughout the day, I received phone calls about the vehicle. Done in about 5 3/4 hours and the shuttle returned to pick me up without delay. Again, very friendly and helpful service. Carlos was professional, acknowledging me when I arrived, provided me with the complete review of the work that was done and my vehicle was waiting for me.
