I am not into the car buying experience. It's a car. I gave my daughter four options. She chose the Crosstrek sight unseen. I went into the dealer. Place an order. OK, the dealership is a wreck under construction, and State Street is also under construction. It should be a lot better in six months.

"Very efficent."

My first in counter with this garage was when I brought in my old car for a recall. It was a great experience. Was very surprised to leave with the new car the same day. The only thing that could be improved is the signing of the paperwork. Always amazed me how long it takes. That being said I don't know how it could be shorten because of the legality of it.
