While the financial specialist worked on our case, we were served a free lunch in the cafe. To our surprise, the financial officer, Chris Fairclough, was able to secure us an interest rate at almost half of what we were expecting. After we purchased the vehicle, we were accompanied by a concierge to show us how to hook up our phones to the car system, how to use the navigation system, etc. We needed another key for the vehicle and they sent us to the other dealership who makes the keys and took care of the $250 cost of the key. Start to finish we could not have been happier with our experience. We highly recommend these guys! More
