Now after three visits for regularly scheduled maintenance I am completely wowed this dealership should be the model for how every vehicle dealership should do business at this point we are looking at trading in our Honda odyssey to get a Subaru ascent just so that we get treated so well when we need service flawless experience every time! There were two cars we were interested in and Devin had both of them pulled up and ready for us when we got there. We were able to test drive the cars while they worked on the trade in value of our other car and we were in and out in less than two hours! Devin and Chris were super helpful and informative with everything we needed and made the process as smooth as possible. We had a great experience at Mark Miller and would highly recommend them and their crew! More

He w We were so happy with our experience with Mark Miller Subaru South Towne! Jason Murdock was our salesman and was very knowledgable and attentive. He was friendly and treated us with respect. While the financial specialist worked on our case, we were served a free lunch in the cafe. To our surprise, the financial officer, Chris Fairclough, was able to secure us an interest rate at almost half of what we were expecting. After we purchased the vehicle, we were accompanied by a concierge to show us how to hook up our phones to the car system, how to use the navigation system, etc. We needed another key for the vehicle and they sent us to the other dealership who makes the keys and took care of the $250 cost of the key. Start to finish we could not have been happier with our experience. We highly recommend these guys! More
