Great Overall Experience I've known that I've wanted a Subaru for a while now. We found the car I wanted within 30 minutes. The process began and we then started dealing with Robert in finance, another nice guy...what is this possible? It wasn't your usual experience from a dealership. These guys were awesome, easy to talk to, down to earth and made everything so simple. The best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Making it right We had a service appointment on a Fr8day at 4pm. The guy who checked my husband and I in asked if we were going to wait. I advised we would be upstairs looking at vehicles. He said they'd call us if needed. We came back downstairs at 5:15. No one told us that a tech had not looked at our vehicle until we went and inquires about the status. We were not pleased that no one let us know this earlier. We have always experienced a very high level of service, so this scenario was out of character. The next morning, service supervisor Jo apologized for the mix up and went above and beyond by getting a service appointment on Saturday and getting us a loaner vehicle until all repairs were completed. Advisers skillfully reinstalled my glove compartment box!
