I made an appointment to get my oil changed and received a text that my car was ready. When I showed up I stood at the counter for 30 minutes before any spoke to me and then after that I had to go stand nex a text that my car was ready. When I showed up I stood at the counter for 30 minutes before any spoke to me and then after that I had to go stand next to the guy in the garage bay that I dropped my car off with before I was helped. He nice, but he looked like he was running around with no help. Would not recommend anyone take there car here for any service. (30 minutes is an insane amount of time to not have any help, and it ruined the rest of my day because I was so frustrated) More

She and the mechanic stayed, diagnosed our problem and set the repair for the following Monday which was absolutely as quick as possible. My car has been there for the same issue 3 times after they supposedly fixed it also their tech on the last repair did not torque my lug nuts which means my wheel could have came off during driving.
