Your service dept was much more relaxed and unhurried with time taken to hear my concerns and offer great feedback. Thanks to my service writer, Austin Sharp, for his informed, attentive and friendly demeanor. Without my saying anything about a groan in the transmission, Austin picked up on that when he drove the car out of the write-up bay and offered a possible solution - something Nate Wade could not do or be bothered to look into. He also took the time to discuss other issues in a genuine and engaging manner - something Nate Wade's service writers were always too busy to do. Many thanks! BTW - Austin should be added to your list of employees!!! More

While I waited in the nice area they created for their customers, I was reading my Kindle Fire HD 8 to pass the time. When they called me into the auto bay to pay for the service, I accidentally left in on the counter. I won't name the person who was handling the service of my vehicle and who rang me up but when I called today and after checking twice, once with everyone and once with the specific serviceman, they informed me they didn't have it. I am very disappointed to say the least and I can't stay with a dealership that to me doesn't have honest employees. More

Best Service I’ve been driving for 60 years. I am usually loathe to take my car to a dealership for service, but Mark Miller changed all that! They were easy to I’ve been driving for 60 years. They got the job done much faster than I expected. Last of all, they have a cafe and “living room” in the waiting area. I’ll be going back for future maintenance and probably our next Soob! More
