Fast friendly service I signed up for a normal service on my forester. I was able to get scheduled at a convenient time and the service went well. When I set up the appointment, I left a note online about an issue that needed to be looked at. The service writer said the note didn't get through the system. Bottom line, the appointment scheduler works fine but don't try to leave any communications to the scheduler using the online screen, better to just call them. More

Danee was helpful, answered all my million questions and walked us through everything we needed for a first time new car buyer. She then followed up a few days later to see if we had any questions. Also, their concierge service is the bomb. Megan was a wonderful help and showed us the ins and outs of the car. (again answering, with patience all my million questions). Couldn't have asked for a better experience While on a routine stop for an oil change, the team at MM Subaru identified that my alignment was off and was causing additional wear to the inside of While on a routine stop for an oil change, the team at MM Subaru identified that my alignment was off and was causing additional wear to the inside of my tires. They looked into it and after learning that everything was under warranty, they replaced all 4 tires, corrected alignment, changed the oil, and even washed my car inside and out. What happened to you guys Let me start by saying that I have bought a couple cars from this dealership in the past and service my cars there now. I have been happy...until now. Let me start by saying that I have bought a couple cars from this dealership in the past and service my cars there now. I have been happy...until now. Things have definitely changed. About a week and a half ago I came up from service to talk about replacing my current Outback. I could not believe what I heard. A guy with a shaved head and beard walked to one of the guys at the back in the offices and during their conversation called him a "f*****g liar". I don't know what he did to deserve this, but was shocked that it would be said where customers could hear. I visited again over the weekend to look at more options and, upon pulling into the parking lot, was immediately vultured when I opened the door. I had only experienced this at the used car lot down the street. I was thoroughly shocked but went and spoke with my salesperson anyway. Yesterday I went in again to try and finalize a new purchase. The same guy with the shaved head was sitting behind the main desk in plain sight complaining rudely to a salesperson about them not getting an email address. A few minutes later he complained to others about the poor job they were doing. All this within earshot of customers! I can't imagine having to work in a place that has such blatant disrespect for those who work there. It got me thinking if they respect each other so poorly and see each other daily, how are they going to treat me after I purchase a car? Although the salesperson was very knowledgeable and respectful, I think I will have to visit the other guys before making my decision. I again left without a car and I am not sure I will go back. I do hope things change as this is the closest dealership to my home. More
