Best dealership We started our day at two other local dealerships. The mediocre staff at Larry H Miller used car superstore decided to treat me like a nonintelligent 22-year-old ( I am 30) and bring me the worse possible offer sheet known to man. After stating several times I wanted their best offer as their first offer they still brought me back terrible offers. Off to Mark Miller we went and into the capable, and all around awesomeness of Kent Moyer. From the beginning, Kent made the process awesome. He gave us good choices, feedback, and comparisons of what we wanted. After hours of deliberation and we settled on the car we wanted. We were never pressured, hassled, annoyed during the whole process. Robert then assisted us with financing paperwork, which was the easiest process I ve dealt with. Robert took the time to explain each part of the loan, warranty, and gap coverage. I can not express enough how nice the buying process was and will be back at a later time to buy another vehicle. More
