They let us test drive without sitting over our shoulder. Very honest about everything. We started out with Cole, who helped us realize we could afford a lot more than the garbage vehicles we had been looking at, while still remaining in budget. He was very friendly and easy to work with we ended up with Dave because Cole wasn't working when we could test drive. Fantastic guy! He was very easy going and super helpful. Not pushy at all. Chris was our finance guy and he had us in and out in less then 15 min. Would recommend this place to anyone. Fair pricing as well. Love this place. More

Great Service Department I take frequent road trips. The dealership always provides a free pre-trip inspection. This gives me peace of mind. They gave me a loaner vehicle whe I take frequent road trips. The dealership always provides a free pre-trip inspection. This gives me peace of mind. They gave me a loaner vehicle when they had to keep my car overnight for service. I wish my other vehicle was a Subaru too, so that I could get the same level of courteous, mechanical service when I need it. More

Sold me a car they clearly had clearly not changed the brake pads on since it's first owner (34k at point of sale on a 2014 Subaru Imprezza. I would not trust their "certification" on a used Subaru. I brought it to the them a week after use/purchase, to question the state of the pads, called and made appointment, and the service department pretended they were fine. 4 months later they were grinding, "beyond worn, completed gone" said the second service visit rep from Mark Miller in Southe Towne. So, clearly sold me a car with super old brake pads, second lied about it when I brought it in. He said they should have been changed a long time ago, like 4-5 months ago? Rotors were damaged and cost =$770 for a car I bought less than 6 months prior for a minor item that should not have been "super old" at point of sale. I would expect more from a Subaru dealership than shady slum used car dealer tactics. Lesson: have the car checked if you buy here. More
