So nice we did it twice! I had been needing a new car for a while, and when it finally became clear that my old clunker was on its last leg I decided to get serious about find I had been needing a new car for a while, and when it finally became clear that my old clunker was on its last leg I decided to get serious about finding a replacement. Honestly, I had sat in a few Subarus, but I didn't like the feel or the stereotypes of the people who drive them. That being said, I just wanted a safe reliable car that would perform like a champ in the winter, and had all of the bells and whistlers I had gone without in my old 2001 CR-V. I looked at everything, Ford, Honda, Toyota, KIA, Lexus, you name it, I sat in it...and I got to tell you, by the time I had been to a couple dealerships I was ready to just give up. I really dislike car salesmen....in general...or, at least until I came to MM. I'm going to cut to the chase and tell you that after I decided that Subaru was the car for me, and after buying my first brand new car from MM, some woman blew through a stop sign and T-Boned my brand new car....totaling it. 3 weeks....3 weeks... I'm also going to tell you that my boyfriend who was driving at the time walked away without even a scratch or a sore neck. Totally untouched. Needless to say, I am a believer in Subaru, and I am a fan of Mark Miller. When it came time to replace my broken baby, we came straight back to MM and we had a our New new car within a week. I will probably never go anywhere else again. We loved Blake, Ken, and Duffy particularly, but everyone else was super helpful as well!!! Word to wise though....If you are leasing...don't put any money down. There is little benefit, but a ton of risk. If your car gets totaled....you are going to lose that money. We had to learn that hard lesson to the tune of 2k...ouch! More

The concierge affixed the license plates and made sure that I didn't have any questions about the vehicle or its operation. Again, it's the people and the relationships that count. Even Ron, the shuttle driver, gave me a "hello" though I didn't need a ride that morning. More

I didn't wait long enough to need to sit down, but I almost wish I had because the waiting area is so nice. It is clean, warm, and has a full service snack bar. I just wish I had seen Bleu, the dog. My only request would be an expanded Quick Guide for people like me too impatient to read through the whole main manual. Dave S. More
