When the car arrived from service, he was very enthusiastic and helpful in our assessment of the vehicle in question (02' Honda CRV mechanics special). The car was in great shape. The price was simply unbeatable, unarguable. Checking out was also well handled, appreciated the complementary snacks, and didn't feel any pressure to go beyond our needs with over selling. I was simply bowled over when I heard they were detailing the car and leaving us a full tank before we left! One of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership. And PLEASE, let Matt keep that beard! More
Painless Mark Miller's website is superb. I live in Idaho and had been looking for a 2017 Outback to replace my Legacy. I found the exact color (exterior and Mark Miller's website is superb. I live in Idaho and had been looking for a 2017 Outback to replace my Legacy. I found the exact color (exterior and interior) that I wanted. I filled out the information on the website on a Wednesday at 10pm. I had a busy Thursday and was unable to call the dealership, but the sales and finance departments emailed me and I was able to do almost everything via email. Around noon on Thursday I returned the finance manager's call and verified that I wanted the vehicle, answered a few questions, and then it was done. I drove to the dealership on Saturday met with the sales department for a minute, signed some paperwork, and was driving off in my new vehicle. It was super easy. The staff was super friendly. And the dealerships concierge, Tracy, was excellent as well. He showed me how to use everything on my new car, set up my bluetooth, programmed everything and gave me a tutorial of all the upgrades. Even with the long drive (5 hours) it was worth it. I love my car, and everyone was terrific. Thank you! More

New 2018 Outback We wanted to lease our third Subaru from Mark Miller... our fourth Subaru! We were shown almost every car on the lot... very patient salesman. Kevin Edwards listened to what we were looking for in a new car, presented various options, and pulled cars from his inventory to test drive. At no time was there any pressure to purchase...he only provided information for us to make a good value decision in purchasing a 2018 Subaru Forester. Once a decision was made Chris Fairclough was easy to work with to finance our purchase. The young lady assigned to help ensure we were comfortable with the car functionality before driving away was fantastic. Although we haven't used their Service Department yet, their service model is impressive. Thank you for finally making the process for purchasing a vehicle enjoyable .. first time in 40 years! More
