Issues with Airbags When I first notified your dealership of issue with Airbags, Kelly explained what would be involved based on what the issue might be. I initially When I first notified your dealership of issue with Airbags, Kelly explained what would be involved based on what the issue might be. I initially had to cancel first apt but once I was able to set the initial apt the staff was very informative on time frame and what to expect. All told I had to make two visits to get the issue solved but it was well worth the effort and time. Your waiting area is tops in facilitating the needs of anyone having to wait short/long periods. Your staff are all cheerful an willing to accommodate the customer. Thanks More

Kevin Edwards listened to what we were looking for in a new car, presented various options, and pulled cars from his inventory to test drive. At no time was there any pressure to purchase...he only provided information for us to make a good value decision in purchasing a 2018 Subaru Forester. Once a decision was made Chris Fairclough was easy to work with to finance our purchase. The young lady assigned to help ensure we were comfortable with the car functionality before driving away was fantastic. Although we haven't used their Service Department yet, their service model is impressive. Thank you for finally making the process for purchasing a vehicle enjoyable .. first time in 40 years! More

Great cars but Scheduling is a nightmare in the last week I purchased a brand new 2017 Subaru legacy premium addition and I purchase the seven-year 100,000 mile warranty because I was told in the last week I purchased a brand new 2017 Subaru legacy premium addition and I purchase the seven-year 100,000 mile warranty because I was told that Subaru customer service is top notch. Our salesman did a great job Jason M. The service specialists are very nice, jeff does a great job and the service performed appears to be competent. However it is Extremely difficult to schedule an appointment if you have to call-in and I've never been able to secure a loaner in 3 years (I have a 2014 also). This is not just an isolated incident or I wouldn't make this an issue but I also have a 2014 Subaru and I've tried to get that in many times and it's so difficult to schedule that I just take it to a local mechanic from now on for oil changes etc. I had to schedule service work with Clips falling off my trunk and within the driver side. The Clips appear to be poorly installed in the interior of the car. I brought my car in for the Tune Up and they said I needed a new liner in my trunk. Miranda had me on hold for 10 min to schedule and finally I had to hang up to go to work. Apparently it will take three weeks to get the car in to,fix a warrantee item. I tried to call back a few times and no answer. I left message with the service managers line. There is a new SUV Subaru coming out next year and my wife really wanted me to think about picking her one up however with the service being this challenging I'm really thinking of looking around at other options I guess. It's too bad I really like the brand the eco-consciousness and my car drives really nicely but in today's busy world with all the options available customer service is huge to me. Maybe the Midvale location is better More
