If Only Everything Was This Easy and Fun I cannot say enough good things about the Mark Miller Team who put our car deal together. I have been through the car buying process before both at Mark Miller and at different dealerships. This will be my 3rd Outback purchased from Mark Miller South Towne and this is why. We came in and met with Roger Nielsen and told him what we wanted, what we had to work with, and let him go from there. He then introduced to Keith Gonzales, for financing and let me tell you, this wizard of financing got us a SUPER DEAL from the bank, much better than we ever thought possible because we have a few blotches on our credit report. Yes we were there for a bit getting everything sorted out but it was worth it and they were wonderful making sure we had water or soda or even food. Both Roger and Keith ran us through the numbers and made sure we were happy with them and we ended up with a Beautiful Lapis Blue 2017 Subaru Outback Limited. There were a couple of dents on our new kid but Roger made arrangements to get them in and taken care of. The following Monday. Additionally, they sent a fellow out to show us EVERY new feature on our new car and he even offered to come out to our house and help us with our Homelink and he showed us everything. IF you want a Subaru and I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't, then MM South Towne is the place to go. Trust me, I'm very hard to please and I have yet to be displeased with this dealership. It doesn't give me a rating option for Keith Gonzales but if they did have one down there it would be five out of five stars. The man is a financial wizard!!!!! More

Service Appointment I brought in my car for it's initial 6,000 mile service. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I pulled in. They were done actually a few minutes early. Tech came in and explained everything they did and.checked and told me where the car was for me to leave. I was in/out in approximately 30 minutes More
