I bought a used vehicle They didn't tell me I couldn't take the car the same day I bought it. They knew I was going to be coming from Logan. He didn't really let me ask questions and he addressed my ex husband, and not me. Then they said it would take 7-10 days from when they got car until they get the title etc for it. Well apparently the payments weren't made so they have to wait even longer. I bought the car with cash last Saturday and I won't be able to get it until at least the 14th, but I'm sure it will be even longer. They are not honest or transparent like they claim they are. Don't even bother asking to come down in price. They just want the money and don't care about any questions or concerns you have. Or if you even get the car you just bought. They have the win win. They got my money and kept the car. At least they said they will drive it up to me from Sandy to Logan when it's finally ready. If that day every comes. I don't trust them now. I bought my car that I have before this one for 15 years and I bought it in Idaho. Things are very different now. Much better experience somewhere else long ago. I won't buy or be going back to them again. More

Safe and Reliable I recently purchased a 2005 Outback XT Ltd that needed some attention to some suspension issues. I decided after pricing numerous shops around town i I recently purchased a 2005 Outback XT Ltd that needed some attention to some suspension issues. I decided after pricing numerous shops around town it to have the Subaru experts do the repairs. Even though the cost was a little more to have the service done at Mark Miller, I sure am glad I did! The purpose of the visit was to bring the car up to speed on all maintenance required to make it a safe and reliable car for my wife. I dealt with a Service Advisor named Kevin Christensen and a Service Tech named Braden Meyers. My experience couldn't have been better. Kevin listened to all of my concerns and addressed each of them professionally. I had all four struts replaced, an alignment done and IM / Inspection. While inspecting the vehicle the Service Tech Braden Meyers identified that the lwr control arm bushings needed to be replaced. When I picked up the car I scheduled that service. I was advised that the car would need alignment after the service and that it would be done free of charge. When Kevin was unable to answer a question he reached out to Geoff Chadwick. Geoff stepped away from what he was doing to walk us out to the shop, underneath a car, and explain the issue and why the service was required. During service of the bushings Braden did an inspection of the rest of the suspension components and advised time frames for needed maintenance on each of them. He performed the alignment and took the time to make it perfect! The car now drives and handles incredibly!!!! Thank you guys for taking the time to make it right!!! No need for me to shop around for service anymore. After this experience you've earned by business for life! More
I love my new WRX I knew I wanted a WRX and I was lucky enough to get Jordan Rock. He knows all about them! Jordan is one of the nicest, knowledge, caring the list goes I knew I wanted a WRX and I was lucky enough to get Jordan Rock. He knows all about them! Jordan is one of the nicest, knowledge, caring the list goes on person you want to work with when you are looking for a car!! After buying my amazing car he checked up with me a few times to see how I was doing and I know if I needed anything still I could still ask Jordan! Jordan Rock ROCKS and so does Mark Miller Subaru!! I was once scared of dealerships . . . 3 years ago I realized I needed to bite the bullet and purchase a new car. In the past I have always been able to find a car for sale by owner, pay cash for it and be done with it. I was no longer in a position to do this and was wringing my hands about not only dealing with a car dealership but also about having a car payment. I was interested in a Subaru as that was my first car I had ever owned and loved. I had been doing some work with one of Subaru's marketing team at the time and he heard about my dilemma. That's when he he promised me that if I went to Subaru - it would not be as traumatic as I imagined. Guess what? He was right. I worked with Dave and opted to lease a vehicle. He never once made me feel pressured. Only that he was there to help me find what was best for ME not what he could finagle out of me for himself or the dealership. Recently after my lease was up I returned to decide what I should do next. At this point, because of the excellent experience I had with Dave in 2013 and the wonderful care and service I received from that time on I was positive I wanted another Subaru and that Dave would help me find the best fit for me. Long story short . . . he did! Dave and staff were 100% helpful, no pressure and truly enjoyable to work with. Thanks for the clam chowder recipe Dave! :) My opinions of dealerships have changed. Subaru for life! More

Dave Turcotte is the Best! We have leased a Subaru at this Dealership and bought a used Nissan at this location. Both times have been low pressure. We felt the Dealership was honest and gave us a fair deals based on a variety on price research. We worked with Dave Turcotte both times and it has been great. I highly recommend this Dealership. Dawn made buying my first car fun! I was looking to buy my first car and had a terrible experience at the first dealership I went to. We were talked down to and the salesman was so rude I was looking to buy my first car and had a terrible experience at the first dealership I went to. We were talked down to and the salesman was so rude we got up and walked out. We then went to Mark Miller Subaru and was greeted by Dawn and she was so kind and pleasant to talk to. She was very up front with everything and answered all of my questions. She even stayed later, after close, to help us and let us test drive the car I was looking at. I would recommend Mark Miller Subaru and Dawn to anyone, hands down! More
