He answered questions he knew we would have in the long run, hardly had to ask questions he already had given us all the answers. He made the experience so comfortable and fun. He was not pushy like most salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable. I felt like he knew every inch of the vehicle. Every button was explained to us it was amazing. He knew exactly what we wanted and he did not push another vehicle on us. We wanted the 3.6 R Legacy and those are harder to find yet he made sure to get us just that nothing less. The transaction was very smooth. I love how he gave us tips we weren't even expecting or wouldn't have known otherwise. He made himself available to us at any day or time and picked up our calls quickly. After purchasing the vehicle the clear bra was put on the vehicle but started to peel the next day. Within a few days we had the issue corrected and a new one put in. They picked up the car (we live in Ogden) and dropped it off. No work on our end. The service is simply amazing. I would recommend them 100%. More

Best Dealership experience to date! BEST DEALERSHIP IN UTAH!!! I was extremely hesitant going to a dealership looking for a car that was pretty pricey (Subaru WRX STi). I found a great l BEST DEALERSHIP IN UTAH!!! I was extremely hesitant going to a dealership looking for a car that was pretty pricey (Subaru WRX STi). I found a great looking deal on the internet that looked too good to be true. I went down to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne because I just had to see it. I used their chat service to make sure that the car was available and I was guaranteed that it was available and that I should talk with Dave when I came in. I walked into the dealership and it was such a breath of fresh air. No high pressured pushy salesman jumping on me like a piece of meat. Just a very calm friendly environment. I asked a person at the reception desk if I could speak with Dave and I was taken to Dave. Dave is one of the greatest salesman that I have met. No pressure, extremely nice, and able to answer all your questions. Dave allowed me to test drive the car and allowed me to do so by myself which is always a plus and so rare with these big dealerships. I came back Dave came out and chatted with me (on a cold day at that) and was able to tell me all about the STi I was looking at. Where it came from, who traded it in, why they traded it in, had the service records, Carfax, insured me the one flaw that I found (flaw was in the clear bra) could and would be fixed. I asked if we could talk about numbers and he brought me in and printed out the numbers sheet and let me talk it out with him. HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL!! This is so rare and such a relief. I told him I would want to talk to my wife and I got the "oh sure go ahead, give me a call or send me a text with any questions." Unknown to him, he had me sold on the car right there! The staff at Mark Miller Subaru South Towne from the second I walked into the dealership to the last time I walked out with the car has been absolutely awesome and so kind. I live in Farmington but I plan on driving all the way to Sandy for any and every service I need on my Subaru just because of how good they are to their customers at MMSST. I appreciate each and every one of their employees and I'm so appreciative of Dave. These guys are absolutely amazing and such a pleasure to work with! If i'm ever in need of buying another Subaru, I'm only going to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne! More
