I contemplated going elsewhere but after talking with Kevin and working with him for the third time, I am so glad I did not go else where. I had a great experience with the South Towne dealership. Within about ten minutes, he'd handed me the keys to an Outback I was interested in and told me to enjoy - no pressure of any kind and I was able to take the wagon for a decent test drive and see how it felt (which was great!). I also test drove another Outback and a Forester, with Tony giving me some feedback on the perks of each model and citing the differences - he was knowledgeable and informative without overdoing it. I decided to purchase one of the Outbacks I'd driven. I was given a great price and then talked through service warranties by Rodney, who was happy to answer all my questions thoroughly and give me the coverage I wanted, not the most expensive option. I had a question after leaving the dealership and called Tony, who answered it right away. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with friendly employees who seemed relaxed rather than trying to pressure me into buying anything on their lot, like I have experienced at other dealerships. It was certainly the best car shopping experience I've had and I would definitely recommend them. More

My husband and I wanted a new 2014 Forrester with very specific options that were not available with the cars on the lot. She was able to help us monitor the delivery date of our car and kept us posted up to the day it arrived. When I went to pick up the car, she had it ready to go and then sat in their parking lot for over an hour going over all of the buttons and switches on the dashboard, took me for a test ride, and made sure I was comfortable to safely leave the lot. The next day she called to make sure all was well with my purchase. We have purchased many cars from Mark Miller and always felt they were good to deal with, but we felt that Dawn was exceptional.
