Hands down the best experience I've had buying a used car. Dawn Saak was very helpful and found me the car I wanted. Two things that stood out beyond the awesome customer service. One: they have a sign at every desk notifying the buyer how much the “doc fee” is and what it for. This is required by the state, but I have yet to see it at any other dealers, normally it is just a surprise cost added on at the end. Second: As part of the purchase I requested the brake lights for a trailer be wired, as the car already had a hitch installed. My request was put in writing, I never felt like they were going to pull a fast one after the contract was signed and forget about the wiring. Dawn is such a great sales person and I don’t make recommendations often, but I really believe that she would do all she could to find the best car at the best price. More

We found a car online that we liked. We called and asked if they still had it. They said they did, when we got there they actually had the car. Far better than other dealers we had talked to.
