I live in Denver, CO and was interested in a used car they had on their lot. I called the dealership and spoke to Eric, a used car salesman, about the car. I wanted the car looked at by a mechanic so Eri they had on their lot. I called the dealership and spoke to Eric, a used car salesman, about the car. I wanted the car looked at by a mechanic so Eric said he would have their mechanic look at the car. Later Eric called me to let me know there was about $900 worth of work they found. I asked him what was on the list two or three times, and he said there were a couple of sensors and a few other things, but not anything major. I asked him to be my eyes, look at the interior of the car let me know what was going on inside, cosmetically. He said there were only a couple of things that he could see and those were things that would be fixed. Since the car seemed to be in pretty good shape, I decided to fly to Salt Lake City to look at the car. When I got there and saw the car I was AMAZED at how bad the car looked. On the driver's seat, the seams were coming apart and there was a hole in the leather big enough for me to stick my finger through. The passenger door handle on the inside of the door had a long crack that looked like if you used it much it would come apart. The plastic around the trunk latch was busted off. I then asked him to see the list from their mechanic and I saw that there were and oil and power steering leaks. Again, I was AMAZED that those leaks constituted nothing major!! Eric lied to me. If he had told me what was on the list and what the car looked like when I asked him direct questions, I would not have spent my money flying over there and renting a car. After I got back home, I called John Miller and discussed the problem with him and that I wanted my flight and rental car paid for since I was lied to. A week later he called me back and said that he didn't think they did anything wrong and would not pay for my flight and rental car. More

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! My tire blew just as I was passing Mark Miller Toyota Downtown dealership. I pulled over and started to slowly change my tire. One of the mechanic's from your service department came out to help me; he pulled over a jack and changed my tire in less time than it took me to pull the spare out of the trunk. I think his name was John. I am extremely thankful that there was such a nice guy to help this stranded woman in need. Thank you for being there. I’m grateful that the world isn’t completely full of people who look the other direction when someone is in need of help. Had I not been so flustered I would have turned around and bought my new tire from them, next time I'll keep it in mind. :) More

Recently my wife and I visited Mark Miller Toyota to purchase a new vehicle. Ours had died in a recent rain storm and we were in need of another vehicle. Long story short, we spent approximately 3 hours at the dealership and left with a Certified Used Toyota RAV4!! The sales team and finance department were extremely helpful as always and I already know that the service department is top notch. I have recommended Mark Miller Toyota to friends and family across the Wasatch Front. Between me, my wife and our parents we own 5 different Toyota models with 4 of them being purchased from Mark Miller Toyota. I personally drove 60 miles and passed 3 other Toyota dealerships to purchase a vehicle from Mark Miller and I will do so again in the future. I decided to purchase in the a.m. and they had everything ready for me in the afternoon. Roger Parkin went way out of his way to get everything done as quickly as possible, even helped me unload my car into ready for me in the afternoon. He really took over for his salesman who was out that day. This is the second purchase from this dealership. I did not shop anywhere else. I just called and made an appointment to buy a new car and they took great care of me. I will go back when I need another new car. I have had my Prius for a year and a half now and everyone at Mark Miller Toyota has been great.
