I went and bought a truck from Mark porter in Jackson Ohio from 6hrs away because their prices were the best I could find, honestly from anywhere, and I had searched unlimited miles. The truck was not exactly what I had wanted, but it was close, so I kind of settled for it. I soon came to the realization that I may as well just order a truck exactly how I wanted it, so I would keep it for a very long time. I placed an order with them the very next day after getting the truck. It was ordered, built, and at the dealership in 60 days. I dealt with chane, who is one of the owners of the dealership. He was awesome to work with. He gave me almost exactly what I had paid for the original truck, and gave me a really good deal on the truck I had ordered. I can't imagine I could have gotten a better deal from any other dealership. Ford has been very difficult to get any kind of good deal especially on their trucks over the past couple of years, and especially comparing to ram or gm. Ford has the worst ceo jim Farley, who's number 1 concern is dropping quality and raising prices. But mark porter ford turned me back into a ford customer. I've always been a ford person, but that Farley xxx has pushed me away, I'm very glad to have dealt with mark porter ford, as they got me the vehicle that I really wanted, got me a great deal on it, and it's even better than I had expected. I would definitely be checking into mark porter ford in the future if I am in the market again. Absolutely outstanding experience with them. I highly recommend mark porter ford, especially if you're looking for a super duty, they have the best prices by far. Outstanding dealership, with outstanding prices. The onky negative thing i can say, is they put those stupid strobe brake light things on every vehicle and call it a "safety feature", i absolutely hate those things, they blink the tailights 3 times every time you press the brakes. It's one of those things that young highschool kids think are cute, a $20 part on Amazon, that they charge you $500 for, and it's mandatory add-on. Other than that, awesome dealership. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was top notch. By far the best car salesman experience I have had. He was very kind, understanding and up front an honest about anything I asked, and I asked a LOT. Once we had everything negotiated and lined out, I worked with Gary, the finance coordinator. He was also an expert in his field and was extremely helpful in laying everything out for me and explaining exactly what I was signing to me, in terms that made sense to me, a person who isn't an expert on banks loans, APR, etc. By the time I left the dealership in my new truck, I felt very pleased with my experience and would 100% recommend working the gentlemen I mentioned. 10/10 service More
