I work with this group negotiating a deal that would include all taxes and I agree to phone financing no more than 12 five and trading my vehicle in. They agreed to it we signed the papers to that effect and nine days later they sent a $500 short of total taxes to my Revenue office and when called and questioned, they advised they undercharged me for taxes granted my negotiations was the deal was to include the taxes and they knew that and they wrote it up that way, but their mistake and telling the taxes is not my problem. I agreed to 12 five total Trey difference on a Deal and they offered no assistance in resolving their mistake More

Warren was very professional. The service technician was good as well. I took my vehicle to another dealership which was a HUGE mistake and it was not good at all. The technician actually shoved a piece of wood in between the front bowtie to try and solve the issue that I was having. When I brought the vehicle to Marketplace it was like night and day. I felt like family there. I recommend Marketplace sales and service. Rate them at a 10 out of 10. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Marketplace.
